I'm Uzair Kharawala and along with my wife Farzana, we run a photography business SF Digital (www.sfdigital.co.uk). Foto SF was borne out of necessity for us. Our photography business was growing rapidly and keeping track of things was just a nightmare. We cover a wide variety of events from portraits, balls, corporate events, weddings, sporting events and so on. We were using different software packages and tons of spreadsheets to keep on top of things. I knew we needed a database, but could not find any off-the-shelf product or software which would meet our requirements.

So I decided to build one from the ground up for our business. Foto SF has been designed using Filemaker. This is not another accounting package or a sales presentation software. In fact it is so simple yet extremely powerful. No matter what you specialise in, you can tailor Foto SF to suit your requirements. Even with such a wide variety of events, all information relating to an event is logged in and organised in a logical manner.
